Adults bullying

Retrieved April 21, 2013, from http://musingsnyc.wordpress.com/tag/bullying/

Bullying exists where there is a human community, regardless the size of the community. In modern life, there are many news reports about teenagers who suicide in order to escape from bullying. Since these news reports catch peoples’ attention, bullying among youth are likely to be a subject of discussion. Bullying is, however, not only the issue among adolescents but also among adults. In my point of view, bullying occurs among young people because they are unintentionally learning from adults around them. In addition, I know the fact that some parents do not mind their child is bullying other children. Thus, there is a possibility that bullying among young people could be decreased as adults bullying disappear gradually. Thus, in this blog, I would rather focus on the bullying among adults.

Because there are several issues to bullying among adults, there are many organizations that are involved in this issue. The purpose of this blog is to offer people to analyze the use of the media by the organization that relate to adult bullying. I would like to introduce and analyze variety of media used by organizations that relate to adults bullying, such as anti-workplace bullying organization. The audience of this blog could be people who are under bullied, people who are interested in workplace bullying, or my classmates because we may share the sources. Because there are some audiences who are actually under bullied, I would be careful in the word choice because I may discomfort those people. Because I use blog as medium, I can make it colorful and bring soft atmosphere. I believe that by making my blog more easygoing, people who do not have interested in adults bullying can feel free to read my post. In this blog, I would like to give information rather than convince others because the issue, adult bullying, is a sensitive issue and debatable. In addition, I would like to use pictures if it was possible because sometimes visual images would provide more information than words alone.
